How To Change Bulbs on APT fogs?

so i just got the bulbs and im wondering how do i go about changing the bulbs when ir emove the rubber thing do i have to unscrew the one screw and then turn it and the bulb will come out?

yes, unscrew that, take bulb out, put new bulb in, done
