I NEED YOUR OPINIONS!!!
1geektc, you already know how much those anzo's are. I previously told you I didn't wanna spend that much on headlights. I know what I'm buying is not top quality product, I'm willing to take that chance. My brother ordered a pair off ebay for his cobalt and they're great, so I'll take my chances. I appreciate your opinions, but i thought this website was about trying to help fellow scion owners not down them and/or their cars or parts.
Are you slow or what?
I was being utterly sincere to your choice of product. I was the one that defended you against that retrofit suggestion and gave you my honest opinion, respectfully I might add.
The anzos are not more than $180 or so and could be bought off eBay if you're thatafrwid of what people have to say then don't post. Still nothing but nice to you.

Believe it or not, SL has been here for a while. We know what works and what doesn't. So instead of taking opinions as people "downing" you or your car, maybe look at it as these guys are trying to steer me in the right direction so I won't waste time and money.
If you want the headlights then by all means order them. At the end of the day it's your car and your money. But don't get mad when you make a thread asking for opinions and you get responses that aren't what you want to hear.

I cant wait to get another thread by this user asking this:
HALP GUYZ THE LEDS BURNT OUT, THE HALOZ BURNT OUT, THERE IS WATER IN MY HEADLIGHTZ, THE CUTOFF IS TERRIBLE WHAT DO I DOEZ?!?!
1 word.
Retrofit.
and also.......i don't like the led's period but every pair that I like has them, so I guess that's what I'll go with. I think all these headlights would look a lot better w/out the led's.
i was going to order a set of these, the black ones with the leds on top. then i took a good long look at my car and decided the 08's are good enough, get some 08's a hid kit and call it a day in my opinion. also im glad i didnt get these because from what ive read they are problematic with the leds burning out and the halos also. plus ive seen the cut off and i was not satisfied. but if its what you want then go for it.
I just wanna get some ppl's opinions. I like the chrome looking housings but I think the black ones would look better on the light blue tc. I actually like the 3rd pic that I posted best so far... Can you use HID's with them everyone? Oh and do these have a light in the corners (like on the factory housings)??? Thanks
Chrome headlights are fugly. It's blasé and utilized way too much on the crappiest cars out there. Black headlights would look great on your tC. If you go chrome, you might as well drive a Chrysler Sebring. Then, you'd have a real excuse to rock chrome/plastic/wannabe-JDM headlights.
As for the HID's, I'm not sure I would consider putting those in there. If those headlights are that inexpensive, I don't think they would last against the heat. But you don't know if you don't try! Hopefully you could squeeze a good one in there and have a decent cutoff. As for the reflectors in the corners, they should be there. I'm unfamiliar with the product, so I don't know if they shoot light through those reflectors.
Try those headlights you're interested in and alert everyone here on ScionLife about your impressions. Should you be interested in upgrading your headlights in the future, I would recommend Anzo's (or Eagle Eyes) for their high build quality. Or to that extent, you can always bake your OEM headlights and black the housing.
Good luck, kid. lmao @ 1greektc for that (even though I'm 3 years your junior, lol)
