your best shot would be just going to the dealer and showing them what you need. they could find the part number for you and possibly order what you need.

 

I don't have OEM fogs, but if a screw goes through it try a hardware or auto parts store before the dealer. Heck, the Polk speakers I just installed came with those clips. (Albeit a different size than what you're looking for.) They shouldn't be that difficult to find.
