i know jlevis havent come up in a longgg time...but i jsut got hids for them and though it looked pretty decent.....keep in mind that i know the cutoff isnt perfect and also keep in mind that the lights are not this hue of blue...they are much whiter....however, my cell phone camera doesnt seem able to capture that color...also my garage door isnt white, its a cream color thats why the beam looks liek a funky color against the garage wall.....and the old gutter guard grill is gone now...back 2 stock grill

I WILL HAVE DAYTIME PICS TOMORROW WITH HIDS ON BECAUSE I FINISHED INSTALLING AFTER WORK....a.k.a almsot nightime

oh and lastly..they do not cause this much glare, once again the camera because you can tell that even my foglights look like they are causing glare

i know the cutoff isnt the best but at least it doesnt blind people and lights up the road perfectly........i have no idea which parts he uses...you can ask him directly i think he has a scionlife account or go to www.jlevisw.com

 

there just a cheap h1 projectors, there decent to talk optimistic about them. better than the reflector.

if u take a lil hook or something and slightly (i am taking mm) bend the cut of sheild toward thebulb u can get more blue at the cut off.


now step up to tsx or s2k projectors and your set

 

can you put a far cut off shot, i have the same headlights laying around the house and i want to order hids for them cuz they are H1...can you hook me up

 

i'll need 2 find a palce to get that cutoff shot because my driveway is slanted...but if i find one i''ll snap a pic with the phone

 

um, im certainly not a "retro all the way/cut-off" elitist or anything, but those projectors..

it looks like u took two flash lights and covered half of the light.

from your pics alone, there seems to be a couple of bad hot spots and the light doesnt seem to spread very well...
