Just sitting here looking out the window at the amber part of the TYC tails (yes I do like them, unlike the majority of people on here for some strange reason) on my BSP '08... and I dont think it looks bad at all.

I am just wondering why amber gets such a bad rap in the tuner community?

I know people want their cars to look "clean".... but jeez... it's just orange plastic.

 

I personally like the look of amber on the tyc's, but not many other places. The less colors, the better.

I despise teh amber, its why i cleared and white led'd everything on my car!

Except for the gauges...but I'm working on that

 

i actually preferr having amber over clear corners or anything of that nature.

 

i personally think amber is a kind of ugly color lol

and i think ppl dislike it because its not unique, almost every car has amber lights lol even cops

 

lol, its actually illegal to not have amber corners if I'm not mistaken, I used to have amber bulbs there, but i just decided it was foolish, of course now that I post this, I'm gonna get pulled over tonight and get a ticket for it

 

yeah orange on cars isnt really my cup o tea, unless its a bright ___ orange muscle car

 

Amber is a typical stock color, and stock sux, so therefor I dislike amber lol.

 

I like Amber Color....

I am from the Honda World...And the ITR's and SI's have Amber Interior color....Thats why I like Amber!

I love the amber. I'll never change my mirror lights or the sidemarkers and running lights.

 

Also, a lot of the JDM side markers and such are a deep amber color. I don't mind it, but I'm going for the smoke look on most of my signals and markers.

 

cause there is nothing else in the rear thats amber... Matching FTW!

Im okay with the exterior amber...its the ugly interior amber dash lighting that gets me...nasty lol

 

Do what you like.....I don't like the amber....but that doesn't mean you have to steer clear of it!
