So a friend of mine got himself an 07 scion... and well, last night when we came out of Carl's JR. he unlocked his car but when he did.. his lights stayed lit. (back lights and front lights) My car doesnt do that. is there an option or something to get my lights to stay ON after ive unlocked my car?
I thought that was pretty cool.

 

Unless he got the "scion"/toyota (or whoever makes it) security system added on top of the factory keyless entry, he's probably go something that's aftermarket. I had an alarm on a different car that did that, but my tC doesn't. I'm not actually sure if the Toyota alarm does it either...I say you ask him.

maybe it is the alarm cuz when i got in i did notice a red light under the steering wheel on the left side.

mine is blue...
but i will ask...
