Well my bro did it for me once and I dont know if it would be ok if I opened it again. He used a Dremel and and then glued it up again. Dumb lil cheap lights I used burnt out super quick....=(..lol

 

i opened my light numbers of time, that is because my soldering sucks and have to resolder the led again.
Never had a leak or other problems.

Did you got your leds from Garage 1217? Those led should last a long time.
Since yours is Dremel open before. All u need is a box cutter to open it.
then get rid of old silicon. and glue back together.

 

Hmmm....well i dont remember were i got them from but they were those lil mm LEDs and I had to bridge it or something. This time Ima get that 5 Chip LED from him. Also one problem I encountered was that I kinda broke one clip from my mirror I KrazyGlued it but I kick myself for doing that and prob will if I did it again..lol. But thanks for your Info. I'll ask my bro If hes down for it again..XD

 

the clip you broke, is that on the mirror cover?
because i broke that one. i didn't bother to glue it back on.
