Long bolts, a few nuts and large washers and you can relocated the plate down to the bottom grill for cheap and have the front bumper holes filled....

That's your cheapest option... washer on the front and back of the grill with a long bolt in which you mount your plate.

I relocated mine on the right side of the bottom grille. I'm also sporting a smoked license cover. Everything looks alright, but the tC just looks incredible without the license anywhere.

i dont like the way a plate looks in the front and i dont like camera tickets, so i never installed my plates on the car even though i bought the bracket i left my plates off and just have the rear dealer plate on. i left the dmv dealer slip on my front windshield.

I don't even know how bored a cop would be to pull someone over without a front license plate. I go to school where there is at least 15 cops patroling contantly, and I see MANY cars without their front license plate. I doubt they get pulled over, cause if so, my smoked license cover is just as bad... so should I just take off my license?

see im in cali and here a cop can pull you over to check for illegal modifications on your car for no reason by law. so anything that adds to reason is open game for them.

was looking at that mounting kit from the eight08customs.com, how would that work on the RS2.0 grill since its not the same as the normal tCs? will it scratch the steel or what not?
