Looks like the M Power kit to me...

 

It is. The M Power kit is a knock-off M3 bumper

 

Its the M3 bumper not the M-power -- U can tell by the stock grille and rounded front

 

That particular car has some sort of fins on the bottom of the bumper attached also, I've seen pictures of that particular tc and it's the only one that has those, I guess theyre custom or something. I personally have the production version of that bumper and it also has a line that is indented that runs almost the entire length of the bumper.

 

I said it before in the xA lounge and I will say it again. Its nice but it has been out for quite a while.

its alright but i personally like the stock front end of the tC especially with the ground effects.
