Mirror Cover Gone.....
So I came out today and my mirror cover, the body color portion, was GONE!! Doesnt look like it was pryed off, no marks or broken plastic. I think it may have fallen off while driving, so I contacted the dealer and they think it will be covered under warranty..... Anyone else have a problem with this??

hmm.. nope.
you can't really tell if it was pryed off.. how would you? my guess was that it was. it's an easy thing to pry off. (wouldn't matter if there were no marks or not)
there's no way it can fall off on its own unless there was something already broken.... my guess... haters.

Yeah, I had to replace mine. Some lady in an Accord on a narrow street hit me. Okay...so she was parked and I was moving, but I'm blaming her anyway! You don't have to pry them off, they can pop off pretty easily if you tap it in the right spot. Unfortunately, mine busted up into a million little pieces on impact. Geez I hate those Accord drivers...lol...
Sucks because I had to buy the whole new mirror assembly.

You can pry the housing off with your fingernails.
Sorry to hear about that... I really hope some tC driver wasn't desperate enough to gank your mirror cover.
I don't think the part is all that expensive--the entire mirror blinker assembly is between 50 and 80 bucks. Can't remember exactly.
Anyway, take it by your dealership and explain what happened, ask if you can get it replaced, and for how much.
And when they look at you like you funny, tell them you don't know what happened, you think it was stolen.
*then again, if you have to buy the whole mirror, you might want to call your insurance, and claim it as theft.
