MobileHID in ANZO headlights(modded cutoff)[UPDATE PG2!!!!!]
no way can the first picture be aftermarket.
The hotspots are actually aimed downwards a bit. I aimed my lights with information from HIDplanet. Theyre actually really helpful over there.
I even drove my friends supra that was dumped (1 inch tucked) infront of my tc (which my friend was driving) It doesnt even look like theyre shining.
However, they do glare over bumps, but thats a given.
Also, I already know these are not even close to par for HID projectors. Im planning to retrofit these with some d2s projectors, maybe e46 or something

Yes way.
Anzo projectors with a custom aluminum shield i made at my school lab.
As you can see, the right projector is tilted to the right. That's because the stupid aftermarket headlight didn't aim them correctly from the factory.
It is pretty easy to mod any projector if you know how:
Here is the difference in bowls:
From left to right: FX35, TSX and aftermarket

TSX vs Aftermarket

Shields:

I bought some cheap ebay projectors and the cutoff is really low. I guess thats what i get for buying ebay lights. Anyhoo... I'm wondering if I bake these lights open, can I actually shave the cutoff so the lights are higher? The passenger front lookes like someone was trying to draw a straight line with it and then someone came up behind him and scared him and it goes practically to the sky. The drivers, on the other hand, is so low It only extends about 6 feet infront of my car and theres the cutoff. haha. Correct me if im wrong but i believe that the lense inverts the light from the top to the bottom, so inside the light comes over top of the cut off, but when it comes out of the lense it comes out the bottom right?

I can only get you a pair of 85122+ philips D2S bulbs for 20 bucks.
Again, true projector retrofit means the bulb will be D2S.
Rebased bulbs mean the D2S bulbs were hacked up to fit different applications. You need to have the D2S base intact otherwise, optics will be off and you will have a crazy cutoff.
