So I came up with a pretty good idea, well at least I think so.

With have the accent lighting in our main low-beam light (tc) would there be anyway to fabricate something to hold in a weaker, (smaller than a 9006) into the high beam housing? So when we have the parking lights on, allows for a yellow bulb (h1, h3) to run as the accent bulb?

I hope this makes sense, my concept mimics that of integras with the amber bulbs in the middle and lights on the outside. I dont have the issue of needing my high beams for a few reasons: 1 - HIDS and 2 - 95% of my driving is day-time city.

Any input would be appreciated!

 

i think it is possible but would be way too much work to look like the tegras.. IMO

 

im still confused on what the heck your doing..why do you want to put a smaller bulb to move around in the holder

well there are more cars than just teggies that have it.

The polarg kit is an idea, but it is a city light, I am looking for more of a drl style lighting.

 

You could try getting a pair of these (in yellow of course) and wiring them to your parking lights

Why wouldn't you just use the existing harness?

 

wouldnt my high beams need to be on so that those light up? If they are wired to my parking lights then they would turn on more as of a DRL than high beams.

 

Yeah but you could cut out the old harness instead of waiting by the mailbox for another one.
