Hey guys, I don't know wether or not to post this in here or the regional forum, but I got an estimate to paint my viniati lip kit and the total cost will be $975, does that seem reasonable to everybody? or is that a rip off, this price is WITHOUT installation. I guess I can do the installation myself. Is it hard to install? Any feed back would be great, THANKS!

Keep in mind that I've never priced a paint job for a lip kit, but that seems kinda high. Try calling a few different shops to see if you can find a lower price. But be skeptical of a dramatically lower quote.

 

Holy S---!!!my complete kit just got painted and put on and my fender fixed and painted for 800$ including fog lights hooked up and mesh painted black...keep that in mind, im also in alabama though

 

For a lipkit that does seem pretty pricey. Shop around.

i was thinkin of buyin the buddy2 bodykit.....kindda wondering myself how much it would be to get it put on and painted.......srry dont mean to jack ur thread!!..lol

to paint a full lip kit..at a reputable shop..your probably looking at 800+. keep in mind that is a reputable large name shop like a dealership. you have to remember you pay for paint time plus supply time..it averages around 100 per hour. your looking at 2 hours per piece of kit...4 pieces times 2 hours equals 8 hours wich equals roughly 800 dollars
