Default need help with singnals/emergency lights NOW!

so i got these anzo taillights. thing is, they didnt come with the volt regulator box thing. i didnt think anything of it. i decided to install them anyways(stupid on my part). when i installed them, come to my surprise, they worked! first i pressed on the brakes, they worked. then turned on the headlights, tails worked. put it in reverse, they worked, signals/emergency lights, they worked.

i was just about finishing up and putting everything together when i decided to test it out one more time. everything worked except i noticed my turn signals were blinking rapidly fast. i turned them off, and turned it back on. then they wont work anymore. -___- so i was, "great, i blew the LEDs. so i removed the anzos and put my stock ones back on. then tested it, everything else worked except the signals/emergency lights AGAIN! everything works perfectly fine, except those lights.

so my guess is i just blew a fuse in the fuse box thing. i looked under the dash underneath right above the pedals.. and i saw this.

if you look closely at the top right fuse,, it says "10A 16 TAIL"
im guessing thats the fuse thats blown, but im not so sure. cuz all the other lights work in the tails. its just the signals/emergency.

now my question is;
is that the fuse im supposed to replace? or is it a diff one? or maybe it could even be something else and not a fuse. im still under warrantee with the dealership but i wanna keep that as my last resort. i just dont want them finding out about all my mods just quite yet. haha.

please, if anyone can help me with any info about this. and if i do need to replace that fuse, how much will it be? should be like 5 bucks right?

p.s., im leaving for vegas tomorrow until monday so i wont have to worry about driving my car until then.
