Default Need Some Advice.

So i've had my tC for 6 months now. I have alot of chips on the front end. Mainly the front bumper and some light scratches here and there.
What is the best thing i can do to bring the paint back to life?
I've heard of clay bars, buffers, scratchX. I want to do this today, so is a buffer from autozone ok? Anything else i can pickup while iam at either autozone, advanced Auto Parts, or Strauss auto? Any recommendations as in what to exactly do?
I just want to remove all marks and scratches and give the car that "WET" look.

Why is this in DC? Shouldn't it be Maintenance?
