Default Injen CAI and Resetting the ECU

Hey guyz, I tried to do a good search on this topic but I couldn't find one that really answered my question. my question is that I have recently installed an INJEN CAI and while I was installing it I did not disconnect the battery. I just installed and got going. i don't have a CEL or anything. i've been driving the car around for a couple hundred miles now. Do you guys think i should unplug the Negative and let the car sit so it could reset the ecu or should i just leave it alone ?? I don't see a big powerloss but i don't see a real big power gain either. i kno the CAI isn't going to do MUCH but I just wanted some opinions and advice.

THANKS in advance for your advice.
