Default New HID fail...WTF?

SO i got my HID kit in the mail the other day, and of course i jump right outside and start getting everything installed...SO PUMPED!!!!

pull the old bulbs....plug the ballast into the bulbs get everything plugged in and wired, etc...

turn on the headlights....nothing...

so i was like ok well maybe they draw more power, but pretty sure they dont, but ill try anything...so maybe the car needs to be running....nothing...FAIL

any advice before i gotta call and get an RA# ?

the are from ddmtuning...and i have almost the identical set for my bike and they fired up perfect...

Hey I got the same year tc and got HID's installed also.

Driver Side: White=Negative & Red=Positive

Passanger Side: White=Negative & Gray=Positive

Try that out, I know on my 2006 Camry, I had to switch the 2 metal clips because the HID kit wasnt wired harness was incorrect.

Yeah, turn around the connector on the ballasts, the polarity must be incorrect.
