Default Only one HID

So I just installed my HID kit from Mobile HID and only one side is working. My passenger side is working fine. I was wondering if anybody else had this problem or is having this problem? I re-checked every plug, unplugged, and replugged, and I even checked the fuse. But still nothing from driver side. The headlight plug is actually plugged into the driver side, so I am really confused as to why they are not working.

Any suggestions other than mailing it back?

I switched the bulb to the other side, it worked fine. So then I read up some more and tried switching the ballasts. The driver side ballast worked fine on the passenger side, but the driver side light still would not come on. I also checked the driver side light socket with my regular bulb and it still worked, so that connection is good. The fuse is still good, and the battery connections are good.

Is my car just a freak and refuses to light the driver's side?

If you haven't swapped the bulbs from left to right, try that too.

Also, try hooking up the drivers ballast directly to the battery just to test temporarily. if it lights up then, the stock harness isnt giving enough juice and you should make a harness with a relay to power the lights directly off the battery (use oem switched wire to turn on relay/pass power)
