I don't know if I'm willing to spend 120 on a VRD grill when this looks similar. What do you guys think? I know it's only the top grill. I have an 09 bottom grill to put on the bottom anyways. Anyone have this?

buy it. thats the one i have, but not in carbon fiber look. and it looks good with the 08-09 bottom grille.

id say no..dont like the fake carbon fiber i think its tacky....if you want the same style as the vrd go with jonny designs off of ebay they have the same grill and install just alot cheaper

Please don't get the fake CF one, it looks so tacky. There is a plain black version of that which may take some work to fit right, but looks ok.

 

LOL @ fake CF. Fitment on these grilles suck. u need to trim to actually make it sit "sumwhat" flushed. its a waste of money for sumthing that looks tacky.

 

if u want a blacked out grill but u dont have the money, jus black out the stock grill/emblem

Yea if you are going to get it at least get an all black version. Fake CF is just stupid looking.

I have it and just a little fyi your either gonna have to cut the grill up the make it fit or trim off pieces of your bumper. I definitly would not recomend it. Go with the jd grills the best for the $.

 

I had it also, that's y I'm saying u have to modify it to make it "fit" I didn't evenbother and gave it to sum1 POS imo

 

i bought 2 now on there. had the cf designed one and recently paint matched it to the car since got away from the carbon fiber look. there's just one little pin that didnt fit in mine towards passenger side on bottom that i just took off. other than that it fits good on mine
