Default oznium tc halos. - bad

so i had 2 sets of these things.
one set went into head lights and they got sold.
the other set is on the car now.
2nd day. one of the large halos blew out completely.
i check the wiring and all. seemed fine.
4th day. one of the smaller rings turned purple.
7th day. the other smaller ring turned purple.

now i'm just waiting for the last one to go. this was maybe 2 months ago.

fitment was horrible too. the rings were bigger than the surface area for it to be glued on.

oznium ftl? didn't think they would sell a product that would die out so fast. now my car looks like it's on welfare. thanks!

Did you contact Oznium? They were a pleaseure to deal with when I had a minor issue a long time ago....I am pretty sure they would take care of you. Give them a chance at least.

Wow that sounds completely different than my experience with the halos. My fitment was Great, very easy to slide in the "groove"

I also didn't bother covering the ballast and I got water on the right one from washing my car, and I got a replacement 2 days later, for FREE

A quick email will fix your problem

Our halos have been out for over 2 years.
If you need a good halo system, they are $99 for forum members.

why must people do this? if you contact oznium they will take care of you. i don't think coming on here to start a thread about how horrible they were was the best idea but hey you're the one doing it not me. you should have contacted them first and had them fix your problem then you could start a thread that said oh boy oznium's customer service is great because i had a problem and they took care of it right away but you kinda blew that one.

honestly what company goes onto a thread where someone has a problem with another company and says "Our halos have been out for over 2 years.
If you need a good halo system, they are $99 for forum members."

honestly, are we a bunch of five year olds or what? so if someone had a problem with one of your products you wouldn't want them to contact you? you would just want them to start threads about how crappy your products are? i highly doubt that. and he could have purchased another set and it still would've been cheaper than yours.
