tcluva, do you have ne problems w/ the engine heat and the krylon fusion spray? Other people were saying to use a paint that is rated for hight temps, do u have ne problems w/ it?

 

used to b black, then i made it blue, and now its silver, lol, how did u guys make it so shiny?

thnx. well, i went to discount auto parts and bought high temp paint, it was aluminum color, with the clear gloss!

 

i have a question if u did a bad job and want to remove the paint how would you do it

 

Sand it off? Paint thinner? Buy a replacement?

You can probably post a WTB thread in the classifieds for one. Many have swapped theirs for carbon fiber and might have the OEM one sitting around.

 

this is from a while back...its totally different now

-full cai-diff color valve cover and fuse box-and red wrap is gone-

idk why i changed it...
but yeah hit me an IM..i can give u some great painting techniques

 

a nice clear coat afterward should have made it shiny
