They turn on when you put the parking lights on, and stay on when you turn the headlights on. The headlights are bright enough to hide the color from the accent/parking lights. You can still see the color at certain angles, but not enough to cause problems during regular driving (other drivers would have to look for it to see it basically). Several people I know have blue or red LEDs in there and have not been pulled over by police. If you have a light that is other than white or amber, I advise taking caution as to not bring unwanted attention to you. You can still get a ticket for it.

 

I'm such an idiot, it was so easy to remove. It was just that i was twisting it the wrong way. Finally got em out and put in some ambers

 

I didnt think the install was to bad. Just be sure to take your headlights out and then it is pretty simple. Look through the actual headlight to see which way to turn the bulb. I love this new little mod, really adds alot to the car. I got the blue LED to match my interior.

 

Yeah, somehow i managed to do it w/my headlights still in there. :S and did scrape my arms a little. but the blue parking lights make it look 10x better. crossin my fingers that the cops don't see them at the right angle. ;)

 

i need help witrh the low beam on the drivers side i keep trying to twist and pull but its not coming off????? please help???
