Default Projector headlights

I was searching ebay for some new tC parts and came across some new (to me) projectors.. has anyone else seen these? http://tinyurl.com/r4z8k Not sure if I actually like them more than others I've seen, here http://tinyurl.com/qwwqp And perhaps I'll wait until something better comes along

Anyway, what's everyone think? Do you think a retrofit looks better than these ebay listings? If anyone has seen other projector headlights, or has pictures of their own then share them with the rest of us!

i disagree, i know someone that has an hid kit with similar headlight with projector combo as the one from ebay and it actually has a cutoff. i was impressed, but i like the stock headlights better so i sacraficed some glare for it. i have pics if your interested.

i have seen these in person with a HID kit. It was really bad.
I dont care if it has a cut off. A projector headlight isnt all about a cutoff.
You still need to see in front of you.
They had no output. There was 2 huge blank spots of light in front of the car going out about 10 feet.
Compare these to a really good projector. It will have a nice straight cutoff with a Z style cut and great light output that lights up the raod in front of you and all the way down the road.

The ebay lights are not straight at all. Really bad cutoff. You cant see anything with them.

Not worth the $300 at all. You can retro your own for that much.

also, one of the main reasons right under the suckness factor of these is that HID replacemnt bulbs are no where near the specs of a halogen.. meaning, length, width, lumens ect ect.. so, the light isnt in the spot that a halogen would be so its not using the housing.. bulbs are made specificly for specific housings.. actualy, the other way around.. so, thats why HID kits as well cause glare in stock housings.. nothign to do w/ the brightness.. its the bulb design..
