nope, it might have a decent cutoff but the output will be nowhere near what a retro can give you.

none, check eBay for some crappy headlights. You wont find anything for that price range.

especially for headlights it's going to cost you money. I say either save and do it right the first time. Or end up replacing some crappy one's you purchase now sometime in the future.

If they aren't retrofitted then your only options are the 2008 headlight housings or any of the eBay projector housings.

A retrofit isn't that expensive imo; its the labor that prevents most people from trying it.

Here's an example:
Free - Your headlights
$100 - Bosch e46 ECE projectors from HIDPlanet.com
$80 - Phillips D2S bulbs HIDPlanet,com
$170 - HID kit from MobileHID (any bulb size)
FREE - Wiring Harness (comes with MobileHID kit)
$20 - AMP to D2S/R adapter on eBay
$100 - Shipping costs, shrouds, and small things here & there from the hardware store
FREE - Your tools, patience, and creativity

$470 total for a retrofit using brand new parts except for the headlight housings.
Sell the bulbs from the MobileHID kit and its less than $450 total.

If you go used you could probably get it all together for about half that price.
Good luck!

Yeah unless you have a set of 08 lights there ain't much that is real clean without opening up and fixing........and if you are gonna do that may as well do a good retro with good HID Projectors......

the 08 gives a good clean output but it is far from perfect and could stand some improvement.........I may shell out the cash and get a set of 08 lights and do a retro to them just to see what can be done next summer...........I have been doing a lot of reading and talking to some guys in a few other clubs and it is not too hard to do just really time consuming and money goes quick on parts to do it.........the previous post give a great look at parts and cost of what works.
