What is this called and where can I get it? I'm referring to the yellow and green magnet on the fender.

It's the new driver sticker...or elder driver...from Japan. They are for sale in the sponsored classifieds.

 

green and yellow = new driver.
orange and yelllow = seasoned driver.

i think they also come as magnets and theres a version out that you can hang on your window through a suction cup thingy too.

it's to let drivers in japan know that you suck at driving and to be careful around you.
