Did you dis connect the battery? Is it the one touch function, or the window itself? If it's the one touch, you have to reset it.

yeah my car did the same thing as well when i disc.'d the battery to install my hids, you dont have a problem you just have to reset the window "memory" i cant remember exactly how i did it but i think i rolled my drivers side half way down the held the button and rolled it up all the way and released it after it was shut for 3 seconds, then walk over to the passenger side and repeat the process, im not sure if that is entirely correct but im sure somewhen has written something about it somewhere

That's how you reset the one touch. Since it's your overall window function, check all of your fuses first.

ok i just checked up on it, that is what you do, roll your window down, then back up but keep holding the button for 5 seconds after its closed, then repeat on the passenger and sun roof. remember that you have to use the passenger door button for the passenger side window, you wont be able to reset the passenger window with the toggle on the drivers side.

well for some reason i couldnt at all and i believe thats how i had to do it, my passenger window didnt work at all on my toggle until i did that, i just had to fiddle with everything for a while until it all worked, and if i remember rightly one of my windows would go down and not up i had to mess with it for a minute to get it to work
