Default reaiming headlights

sorry if this has been asked before, but does anyone here know how to make the headlights aim higher?

I just installed the oznium HID kit but I think i must've moved something while putting them in? anyway they are crazy bright, but the problem is they only go up to about 10-15 feet ahead of the car because they are aimed so low maybe i just didn't notice this with my silverstars but are they supposed to just go that far?

although this may sound a bit strange but when i turn the thing clockwise on my driver side, the light's dont move at all, i must've turned it about 40 times and its still in the same position (my passanger side bulb moves fine)

does anyone know what is causing this problem?

driver side is only allowed to go so high. it's an offset to prevent it from blinding the traffic coming toward you in the left hand lane (on a two-way street)

thanks, is there a way to bypass it? (i don't plan on blinding anyone, but so far my lights are still too low, nobody has flashed me yet)
