So I seen they have the rear garnish on ebay in carbon fiber and ready to paint and the emblem is shaved. Just wondering how the fit is if anyone has bought it?

 

had mines about a year now. the fitment is ok but the handle is a lot stronger than the oem.

yea its americancarbonfiber. one thing bad about it fitment is just a little off and in the sun if u look carefully u can see through it. hard to see if ure not looking at a angle

For the SL'ers who bought this, whether FG or in CF, can you post up pics of the "ok" fitment?

 

I was just browsing through the other CF things the guy sells. He sells a CF version of the OEM GFX kit. Hmm.

Yep, he does good work. Ive seen his CF parts for the eclipse and they look awesome. It had doors, hood, roof and trunk.

I'll be asking him if he can do a mold on the sideview mirror covers. Since there is no direct replacement CF part.

 

I was wondering why everything is like half price of other carbon fiber parts. Is it because its only 2X2 carbon fiber mold? Because the trunks and hoods are only like 300 each.

There's a 2x2 CF weave and a 1x1 weave, the 1x1 weave is allot finer/smaller the the 2x2 and most CF manufactures only use the 2x2.

 

Well thats bBist's pics. I havent personally seen any of his tC carbon parts but for other cars yeah. Prob gonna get some CF goodies from him soon.
