I want to remove my red eyelids because the color is kinda fading away little by little. I was wondering if it will leaving marks if I take it off?

 

How did you apply them? If you used double-sided adhesive, then GOO GONE is your friend.

 

i love goo gone. that stuff is magic.

 

the eyelids is just a vinyl sticker.

 

just remove them and then wash it. Thats pretty much about it.

 

If you have a hard time try using a hair dryer. You could also just leave the headlights on while you're doing it.

 

Isopropyl ALchohol is a good adhesive remover as well.

 

use the same method you possibly used putting them on...start to peel from one side and use soapy water and should come off easily. thats what i did on my first pair when i put new ones on afterwards. but i guess the goo gone should work as well. either way will work.

 

as said above, it's nothing more than a peel and wipe afair :D

But be careful... some adhesive removers can be abrasive to plastics. I worked for a vinyl company for a while... You don't ever want to use an adhesive remover on headlights/taillights to be safe. Heat and Peel is the ultimate best bet!!! If you heat too much you can warp the taillights too! Prob not the headlights though as they are designed for more heat.

 

careful of paint as well....
