If you have any more questions about them, outside of reading the thread, PM me and I will be glad to help you out.

1. They are bright (VERY)
2. The have a straightforward install procedure
3. You should know some about wiring to install these
4. You will have to open your headlight assemblies by using a baking technique
5. They will definately set you apart...

Any questions on these anyone? PM me and get the answers.

It's all about the cost of development. I've seen many come out for the VW crowd, but that took quite some time. Give it a year and I bet there will be some great options for OEM Type housing with all kinds of options... most preferably projectors for HID and halo rings.

But, in the meantime, I love my DDE's

No one is making them for anything close to a reasonable price... for the price sold in sponsored, I could make 2 of my own sets.

VW owners can get projector housings and Halos for MKIV Golfs, up to 99.5 up to current for less than 500 bucks... That's what many are waiting for. Not over a grand... that's unreasonable for light housings.

Theres the link, so i guess i was right, and i guess i dont know much about headlights but 160 is not a bad price, esp if you dont know what your doing.

And i thought this deserved another post

Anyway, they dont look that bad, and someone does sell them.

PEACE

you do know that those are just the rings, right? so baking and taking apart your own headlights is still required for install....

BE VERY CAREFUL. I broke one of the large rings installing them. It sucks because now I have to rebake the headlights the install the new ring.
