I'll keep that in mind thanks man! I don't think I will be getting a new hatch though..what I'm considering is smoothing the hole and making sure to put some touch up paint or silicone around it to maybe put some suede on the far sides of the hatch to cover it..figured a black suede wouldn't look to bad on the sides like that (thoughts?)
I figured the holes would look like yours but I don't know how the hell mine got that way either =(
BTW here are some more pics of how the wing sits now..it still is lower on one side but I can live with it for now until I can figure something out. Looks better than before at least..

I really love this wing and how it really flows with the lines of the car really well but I just wish I could get the #@#$^ thing right *sigh*

Yeah..I regret not having the time to measure it more..I was in a tight spot because of the guy that was painting it for me was an hour and a half away and needed it by 5pm...still..I guess I just got to excited.
We'll see what happens. Tempted to get a new hatch and start from scratch but that would be a last resort

Let me know if you do, I'll send you the Kami install thingys. They should work with the flush mount. They're pretty pathetic, but they help. It's just a plastic strip that has a stud in it, and you put the stud inside the wing bolt hole. Then you put the wing down on the car and tape the plastic piece to the car, then remove the wing...and that's where the hole needs to be drilled...
I think I still have 2 in my glove box.

where did you get that at? I used the template from the OEM lip spoiler which has very similar placement to the kami flush mount and we all know how that turned out :/
