i've searched and am having trouble finding an article, but when my sunroof is open it makes noises almost like it isnt "screwed in" all the way when i hit bumps, even small ones. any assistance?

 

Mine does the same, I'm not too worried about it since my two previous cars did the same. I think it is part that is somewhat loose so when you hit a small bump that part shakes and sounds loose.

I could be wrong though.

 

My sunroof started doing that at 800 miles. Its a pretty common problem so there has to be a fix floating around the forums somewhere. Open up your sunroof and investigate what might be loose and see if you can DIY. Even newer Lexus es 350 owners have problems and TSBs out for their panoramic roofs(which have a similar if not the same build as ours). Best of luck with it tho
