Sunroof Problems!!!

I am going to try and explain this as best I can, in hopes that some one else has had this problem... I own and Scion tc 2009 and the Wind guard has popped open causing the whole other large section of the sunroof to shatter.The wind guard I’m guessing is spring loaded and wont close. Keep in mind my car has been parked for a few days, and I have not been in an accident. Has anyone seenthis or had it happen to them?
