Default tC Angeleye headlights?

Does anyone know where i can get the Angeleye headlights that are on the NITTO tC? ive looked just about everywhere for them and I can not seem to find them. Im beginning to think that they were one-off's. Any info would be appreciated. THNX.

Listen to Kain

Cut out the middle man. Go directly to the source.

If you've got the pocket change...these are your guys. $1300+ for the set...I'll be waiting patience for another day.

Interesting, TCtunerz.com didnt even request permission to use our pictures -- we'll have to look into that a bit more.

Sorry... Spraypaint, and aftermarket bulbs. Seriously, they look great, you can tell there's some work put into the assembly, but still. They're a ripoff.

According to their website it sounds like they do the following:

1 ) Paint the inside with a "bright metalic silver pearl finish"
2 ) They exchange the amber side marker with a clear one.
3 ) The side now clear marker is illumunated with white LED's
4 ) They add LED's around the low and high beams aka "angel eyes"
5 ) The turn signal bulbs are replaced by LED's
6 ) The top amber is now LED's and blinks with the turn signals
7 ) The change the bulbs for you to: "Hella Optilux high output halogen/xenon blended bulbs

It is high quality and beautifully done but at $1360/pair I'm not sure its all worth it.

The hardest part would be to integrate the LED conversions to allow the headlight to be easily plug and played. Other than that the rest of the installation should be almost like a kit. Open the headlight paint the center bezel, remove the amber side marker and replace it with the white one, drill a hole or slot for the LED wirings in about 5 places (a guess) place in the created LED wiring and close the sucker back up.

For $1360/pair I could get my E36 BMW a pair of imported european all glass ZKW ellipsoids with High intensity angel eyes with the quality of the stock 5-series angel eyes and still save $710+

I'm not saying its so easy or it looks like junk when they obviously look beautiful, I am just saying how expensive they seem to be.

Edited: I need to read for spelling errors before posting.

$1300 seems to be an awful lot to pay for headlights. I would buy a third of a stage 1 supercharger, lower my car, get new tires, or new wheels, or cold air intake, new muffler, new springs, etc.

But I guess if you have your heart set on getting angel eyes, it's what you have to do.

Too bad they are not street legal bcause the side marker in the headlight is converted to white instead of amber. US law states that it must be amber.

Well I have and I have been in the car when it happened. My buddy had blue turn signal bulbs, then after getting pulled over. Changed them to white. Then got pulled over again.

I wonder if they are willing to the sell just the clear inserts! I think they would do better selling those then the 1,300 headlights. but then again I think its $325 for the inserts alone

It sounds like your buddy didn't get pulled over because of a reflector, he got pulled over because of the color of the lights. Well these headlights have amber turn signals, so that parts legal.
I'm not too worried about getting stopped for things like that anyway. My windows are illegally tinted and I speed all the time. Cops won't even notice the lights. Besides, I never got stopped with clear lights on my Acura or my Civic. I even got a brake tag in my Acura by temporarily putting yellow lens repair tape over my clear lenses with clear bulbs. :D

:edit: For those who don't know, "brake tags" are vehicle inspection stickers that are required to be updated yearly. Obviously not all states do this.

Yea, but the side turn signals are white LED's with the white reflector making it illegal on the streets. I had thought this blinked with the turn signal but not sure. Its just bad luck when it comes down to who gets pulled over for what.

That's not a turn signal. It's a side marker light. It doesn't blink.
