Default tC Side Mirror Install

Hey everyone, I got in a little accident and my passenger side mirror broke, so I bought another and figured the install looks pretty simple with 3 screws, but I'm having a problem, the mirror won't align correctly. When I look at the driver's side, it blends perfectly with the car, but when I installed it, it sticks out about half an inch, has anyone had the same problem?
Does anyone have the instructions for the install? Thanks!

I had to get one too from being hit in a parking lot last january. Mcgeorge ftw. For the install just remove the black inside trim and take the three nuts off unplug the mirror, plug the new one in and tighten the three nuts down. If it sits crooked try loosening the nuts and adjusting it straight then tightening them down. I put mine on and its perfect no problems whatsoever.
