damn amanda, my kit isn't that bad i don't think. there's worse ones out there. i think i am gonna keep my kit now scion jon, so i can enjoy watching amanda hurl when she see my car in person.

 

well i had that about getting the touring kit for a long time, but here in new mexico we have speed bumps every 2 seconds apart and dippy driveways lol, but on your car it looks muy sexy

Kit looks like a$$. MAYBE it would have some cool points attached if it had a HUGE Wonkin Intercooler behind it.

 

i have yet to see this kit in person, only kit ive seen in person has been the raven from my dealer, and imo thats just as bad,

out of 9 tc's in my town im going to be the only one with after market body styling just waiting for my parts to come in

not every1 has the luxury of boosting their cars without cops harassing them especially here in cali. if there was a legal turbo kit alot of ppl here would be boosted

 

Which I never understood that. Cali is like the home of top dollar tuner shops, yet you guys have the strick Police running around poping hoods and writing tickets.

 

yea, go figure huh? and ur lucky if u just get ticketed with a turbo. most of the time they impound ur car.

 

Impound your car just because of a turbo kit.... That's Gangsta..

 

yep impoud ur car, keep it for like 30 days and make u pay for storage the whole time. if u can't come up with the money to get it out of impound they put a lien on ur car and sell it.
so unless there is a legal kit, im def. not going to buy a turbo.

 

Yea... not gonna happen. If it helps though, Turbonetics is going through the hoops to get a CARB EO#. I wish them luck but I highly doubt it's going to happen. If it does, I'm boosting that day.

In all realism, there's a relatively large percentage of cars running around illegally. Whenever D1 or Formula Drift or HIN comes around California, cops always sit outside the parking lots listening for the cat-less rasp or the idiot who wants to show off his drifting skills. Seriously, I was at Streets Of Longbeach for F-D and as soon as it ended, police sirens were going off every couple of minutes.

So be smart: 1. don't drive like a douche 2. don't drive where there's a large concentration of other illegal cars 3. tread quietly.
