Turn Signal / Anzo tail light problem
It all starts with my car leaking because there were no gaskets on the tail lights. So i ordered and installed new ones to stop the leaking. Now me not being smart, I unplugged all the connections on the tail lights without marking which ones go to which and whatnot, and seeing as how they are cheaply made LED tail lights, the polarity is an issue. Now the blinkers are really fast, and the brake lights don't work. I have checked and replaced both fuses that relate to the turn/hazards and brake lights because they were both blown. One time i replaced them and both fuses blew instantly. I have tried every different arrangement of the plugs, yet I cannot for the life of me, figure out how to get the right polarity. There are two plugs per side. Someone help me.
switched around some of the wires.. the right side light is fine.. turn signal on it works fine. Left side headlight nothing lights up. tried switching the controller boxes to see if it was blown, but they both still work because the right side still lights up with the controller box from the left side. I don't know what else could be wrong with the left side, unless both rows of LEDs for the turn signal are blown. tried switching the polarity on the plug with 3 wires and nothing changed. when i flipped the plug with two wires, the whole turn signal system got fvcked up. so something is missing. so i'm clueless
