universal fog lights..

I was searching for some fogs on ebay and ran across these: Universal 3" Projector Fog Light Lamps with 40 LED Halo Angel Eye Rings for Car | eBay

Has anyone tried these out yet? They look like they are good quality, but you never know.. These would look nice if they were done up right on the tC.. I was thinking of sourcing out some vent covers and somehow getting these fogs to fit in center of the covers.. Looking for some reviews if anyone has them!
