The first lambos i did was from vertical doors.com and they totally blew. It was a total piece of crap plus they are like 2000. I now have the LSD kit and it is so much better. Aligning the doors is not that hard to do and its actually easier to get in and out for me. A good kit plus a good install will run over 2000. It is worth it

GT Factory is the strongest, and most versatile kit around. You will have to get them welded in, which can be a bit pricey but it is the best way to go.

 

I wouldnt do a weld-on kit. To much that can go wrong and if you ever wanted to go back to regular doors, your screwed. my $.02

 

Why would you go back? The GT Fac. kit allows the doors to open normally as well as vertical.

 

I just wouldn't want welding going on to the car for the doors. Others might like that, but not to my car though. And I'm not saying that the kit is bad. I just wouldn't weld it personally.

 

Ok, to each his own. I've just seen some of the bolt on kits break, and then you are stuck buying a new door after it drops from 4 feet in the air.

 

Yeah that would suck HELLA bad, but I havent seen it yet though. But either kit is a great kit though!

 

It prolly broke cause the kit was junk. There are alot of really crappy kits out their that will screw up your car. If you get a good kit you should have no problem.
