I decided not to "cook" it. I will just buy new ones once I can afford it. I took it out of the car and the wires were toasted or so I though, the ground screw broke off in the threads when I tried to unscrew it ....

I drilled another hole beside the original one, remounted it and put tape over the hole for now. I will be putting silicon on there tomorrow.

a little off topic but does anyone know if VRD sells these fog lights anymore? i know you can get them from ebay and all but i was just wondering happens if the lens cracks and where to get replacements besides paying for a whole kit again.

 

They come as a set. As far as I know, VRD doesn't manufacture them so I'd guess they wouldn't sell them per side. I believe APT is the actual manufacturer.

 

So which was first, APT or VRD? Chicken or the egg
