i have 20% all around. legal in IL is no front tint so cops keep giving me sht for my tints
i have court next month. i have to take my front 2 off and take a pic so i can take it to court
so here's the question. should i take them all off or just leave the rear 3?

I'm not a fan of uneven side tints. So I would take take all the windows off and leave the hatch.

Just for clarity, in IL it is illegal to have tint on the front windows. I chose too get mine tinted, but its only 35% and I'm in Missouri for school 11 months of the year.

 

just take off the front. you will hardly even notice.

 

imo it looks tacky if you have dark tint in the back then all the sudden no tint in the front.
i used to just roll around with my windows down. rain or shine, even in the winter. lol

So what's the point in having the fronts tinted if they're never up to block sunlight? Sounds like a waste of money to me.

ive got like 3 tint tickets already though.
not paying attention or they sneak up behind you and get next to you.

 

^the thing is that the cops by house already know my car and they wait by my house since i get home around the same time everyday. and they pull me over which sucks a$s

like if you were parked somewhere and a cop was waiting for you to leave cuz he saw your tints and he pulls u over as soon as you leave even if u roll the wondows down...?

i thought there was some legality issues there. but these days the law is so fuzzy who the hell knows.
