Just making a poll to see how many would be interested in replacing their glass roof panels with carbon fiber ones, but still leaving the sunroof completely functional. So it would still open and close like normal, except you'll have CF panels instead of glass ones. Hopefully, if interest level is high, aftermarket manufactures will take notice.

 

The whole point of the moonroof/sunroof is so you can look out it. Carbon Fiber is snazzy, no arguments with that one, but I do enjoy sitting at a stop light(or while at work) and looking out the roof while its raining.

 

the thing to think about is that a cf roof will get rid of that sunroof popping noise

 

Not to mention you'll feel 1,000 times more secure with a CF roof over your head, lol

 

i would have liked tc even more with a solid roof.
"why did you buy a tc then" you ask ?
because most of the cars in this price/performance range use a solid rear axle and i dont like the way they handle. at the time i couldnt afford a 27k-30k car. the tc is a good car and i very much enjoy driving it. great bang for the buck in features.

 

yeah. i thought it would cave in.... cuz that's why the 350z conv. costs more then the noral one... there was alot more time making it that way.
