Default 06 - 07 MAF adapter pics here they are.

well since there have been so many people asking about the 07 MAF sensor, i figured i'd post a pic of the adapter i made to make the 07 MAF work on 05-06 intakes. sorry i don't have access to my digicam right now but i will tomorrow morning so maybe this can help some people out.

wow. you figured it out... i was thinking couldn't you just bu ya dam nbracket and just drill a hole and bolt it in? yeah... so let's see these pics. or before you show pics.. you should mass produce and sell it on ebay and sl.

here they are. it was kinda hard to take a pic of it since it was clear but i hope you get the idea. i haven't drilled the hole for the 07 MAF sensor yet but thats just a 1" hole. let me know if you have any questions/suggestions.

sorry... it took awhile to switch it over.. >.< i needed to figure out which one was the thumbnail link and what was the link to the big picture.... and then deleting. adding.... oops.. ....

sorry for the dumb Q. but how different is the 07 MAF? What is so different about it. Any performance gains by changing to an 07 MAF?

No, its just not the same spec's as the 05,06. Different size.

sorry it took so long but i FINALLY got it on. i trashed the other adapter i made and went with something another member did. he used a PCV valve gromet to fit the 07 sensor but when i went to the store i happed to spot something that i think worked better. its a oil filler neck gromet for a GM motor (PN. 42306 made by HELP!). i modified it a little to make it work but i think it turned out nice. i'll try to take some pics later. the only thing i don't like about it is that i have to use a zip tie to hold the maf sensor on because i am not able to use screws. it works just fine but looks kinda ugly.
