I just bought a cheep eBay intake for my tc.. when i ordered it i didn't notice it was for a 2007 not a 2005... i can't return it so im up for modding it to make it work since it just a cheep one till i get some money saved up for a nice one..

I don't have the kit itself yet but i know the 07 maf sensor is smaller than the 05s.. so just drilling the hole out big enough to make it fit and just re-drill the mounting screws work? i really have no idea till i get it but i didn't know if anyone had a couple ideas they could pass along!

And i do have a aem filter! so i don't use the POS that came with it

i noticed on the 2007 intake that the mounting points are about a 1/4 higher than the hole.. could i just grind them down ?
