Default 2008 Scion tC Possible Knock?

I have a 2008 Scion tC RS 4.0 with 77k miles. I am the 2nd owner bought the car with 68k. 5spd Manaual.

About 3 days ago, I started hearing a very faint knocking noise coming from the bottom end,. And I mean faint. I panicked and cant get this off my mind and need some help/advice. I have taken a video for you to listen.

I know the VVTI engines are well known for loud valvetrain but once I heard the little knock on the bottom end its got me worried Its not the ticking noise Im concerned about its the noise I hear when I put the camera towards the bottom end.
I still owe money on the car and this would not be good news. Only modifications I have done is Flowmaster DBX exhaust and TRD CAI which I converted to SRI and Coilovers.

I have driven the car hard since I got it I have street raced a little bit but mostly just shifting at higher rpms. I love the sound of the exhaust and engine and I was shifting around 4k-5k RPM (mostly 4k) I have been driving a stick since I was 16.
I use Mobil 1 5w20 Full synthetic. When I bought the car I dont know how the previous owner drove her. I automatically switched the car to full SYN when I got it.

Please take a look at my video and chime in on anything unusual that you may here. I appreciate your time.

Is it possible this is my Waterpump? When I got the car, It was full on antifreeze, 3 months later it was down I would say 2 cups or so, However I dont see any leaks.

It's not ur water pump. I had the same problem w my tc and it's turboed w/built bottom end. It started out to b a lil ticking noise but when u rev it up a bit the ticking gets louder and faster, coming to find out I spun a rod bearing and scored cylinder 2. U may wanna take it to a performance place and have them look at it cuz, it deff sounds like a spun rod bearing

$500 more and I got a rebuilt engine with a 6 month warranty. Hope your swap goes well.
