Default 2008 spring sound when pushing clutch in?

I have driven stick since I was 16 and never have I heard my clutch "spring" when I depress it. Is this normal in the tC? It just started in the last week or so.

Anyone else have this or know why it is happening just now?

If you drive on ruff roads it might just be aligned wrong or was jiggled slightly out of place. I've never heard mine before so I would check it.
