here are a few pics for comparison of the oem spring/retainers VS bc spings /retainers. bc reainers are much bigger, stronger, and lighter.

LOL!!!!!!
no pete i have not tried the unichip, i was thinking about it one time, but wasnt feeling it because if i wanted custom tuning i had to buy the software. i'm doing single steps on the car to see what whp i get out of every mod. after this there only two things left to do, oversized valves & engine management.

btw: i think ill hit the dyno on monday...

2) is a RX-8 throttle body and 4) is an OBX limited slip differential.

Looking forward to seeing those dyno #'s soon Jimmy!

a lot of people will say that the weapon r i take manifold is to expensive for the gains you get. other people like me will say that you have to pay to play & every bit counts. as to installing it with the engine in the car, is a pain in the butt but its doable. thats the way i did it.

Sorry its been sometime so did you seen any good gains from the Weapon R Manifold? Do you think the gains are worth the cash?

the car feels a lil better than before, still have not dyno with the cams, im doing a camcon installement this week before i go to the dyno, i want to get everything out of the cams. (im going to run both apex afc for fuel and camcon for vvti, the apex afc is much more precise with fuel than the camcon thats why im going to use both) i have not forgotten you guys, i will post results as soon as i go to the dyno, look for updates in about a month.......

Gotcha, well I wish you the best with wiring up the apex afc & camcon and I'll be watching for those dyno #'s in a month!

Jimmy, i've been following this thread and good job man but when you said your wiring the Apexi Neo and Camcom, Are you using a custom harness or splicing into the factory harness? I want to run a Neo on my tc and I kno Boomslang makes harnesses, but is it possible to run the 2 units each with their own boomslang harness, or they would they each have to be wired into the factory harness?

im wiring into the oem harness, its no possible to run both of them at the sametime with both harnesses, but if your gonna run just one of them its fine to use the harness.
