dont buy it. it will mess with your ecu, you will have multiple problems down the road.

I hope nobody falls for this. All they are selling you is a common resistor (can't tell the resistance from the picture, but I'd guess its relatively high). They are completely worthless. If you really want to do this modification, which really just tricks your engine into burning a richer fuel/air mix, then go buy a pack of 100 resistors from Radio Shack, install one on your car, and sell the remainder to suckers on eBay for roughly a $2000 profit.

yeah, its all crap. your ecu will adjust itself to the new "lower" temp that this resistor will be producing...

50 cents? That sounds steep. And if the tC ecu works anything like the one in the xB, it compensates for the 'enhanced' programming of the magic 'chip' after a few hundred miles.

I really love the ones that come in a fancy box with wires coming out of it. Makes it look so professional. Hell, if they could figure out how to put an LED on it so you know when it's "working" I bet you'd see one in every Civic with a grounding kit and weed-eater sounding muffler.

That is complete b.s.! The chip actually gives you an extra 50hp, not 20. Those ebay folks are known for giving conservative numbers, because they rely on word of mouth so heavily.

hmmm I could build one with racing LEDs like the front of KIT , or maybe one with a "Performance Increase" meter made of LEDs... I bet those would be hot on ebay

But could you live with yourself for selling them...that's the real question.
