any reason why most drift cars have angled exhausts?

Alot of times it is because its "straighter" but if you notice in a lot of drift cars, and mine. Its angeled for one big reasons, my friend in japan told me that when the exhaust is angeled and you are going at higher speeds... it creates turbulance at the exhaust tips. in terms... keeps you from burning/carbon build up on your fresh bumper.

As you know alot of drift cars are boosted, so they make alot more heat.

It only looks good if its a canister type exhaust to, lol, i've seen local ricers with like angeled TIPS only, or like the use DTM mufflers and angle them hahahaha @_@x

a lot of crap cars have it because they have the wrong pipe bends and to make the $2.00 setup work that they have .... they put whatever is prebent from the shop ....AKA ...the offset piece of crap.
