Default Anyone else still waiting for Megan Drift Spec?

...What's the deal with this exhaust - apparently they have been out (even through Megan) since March (when I ordered mine)

Anyone have any word?

Is Megan fazing them out? That sucks to hear its taking so long... I've had mine on for about almost two years now and got mine in only a couple of weeks. I understand fitment was an issue when it was first produced so maybe now they are just making them to order???

they must have somesort of materials or production issue that they got this backed up.......it happens......sucks though as that is a nice exhaust, doubt they will phase it out as it is a good one.

they fixed all the issues that they had cause i have the catback that was produce in april 2009.....some sites maybe get like 4-5 systems at the most but they have to fulfill the buyers they been waiting on the list....but you may get lucky if your in contact with the right person...all of megans products are limited i didnt know this either until i tried a few sites and they all said its back ordered for a few months if you cant wait then youll have to pick up something else or find a used one or start emailing companys

Well I have the Header w/ Drift Spec and I am very happy... I went to a Muffler/Exhaust Shop to add a resonator because of the raspy sound with the Header and after that it sounds awesome! Hopefully that will ease your worries if you decide to keep waiting...

you have the megans header if so it isnt the best choice for the tc cause they tend to loose power after about 3500 rpm to about like 4500 rpm yea it sounds good not much rasp but DME is probably the best for the tc but much raspier...

na i dont have to wait i got the drift spec on now dont header yet cause mine ssounds like a WRX which i love might get a downpipe then a header but not sure

Really? I havent noticed any significant loss or gain for that matter. The welds were solid, no leaks up to this point with thousands of miles on it, it looks good and the fitment was good. My whole thing about the wait was directed towards Chris btw

if you like them thats fine but not the best choice if you e lookin to get power from them..think they dynoed multiple headers here on the tech page and megans racing was one of them check it out

Well the thing is I ordered it and it is paid for in full (through NGAMotorsports since March) He has been very helpful and has accommodated me for the delay. He told me that he has an order with Megan already for them (so they don't "sell out" again) and as soon as they get them he is getting them (as I said his order has already been placed) and then I will in turn get it from him...So I am not "worried" I am just very impatient and want it NOW and was wondering if anyone else is on some waiting list for it and if anyone has heard any updates....
